A Quality Improvement Project: Expedited Workforce Development Utilizing Shadow Opportunity

This session highlights a quality improvement project that expedited staffing of a multi-specialty ambulatory care practice with nurse vacancies using shadow opportunities to observe workflow, trial commute, and experience care environment.
