Dr. Lauren Acosta is an assistant clinical professor at the University of Arizona College of Nursing in Tucson, Arizona, from which she is a three-time graduate. After obtaining an undergraduate degree in community health education in 2010, Dr. Acosta completed her entry-level nursing masters in 2012. Her clinical background is in community health and forensic nursing. Dr. Acosta has nearly eight years of experience as a nurse educator and completed her doctoral nursing work in 2019.
