Molly Moran MSN, RN, CCRN

Molly Moran is the senior director of ambulatory clinical practice and workforce development at Rush University Medical Center, where she oversees more than 120 clinics spanning central and northeastern Illinois and northwestern Indiana. She is an expert in ambulatory care clinical workforce development and is a results-oriented nurse leader with more than 15 years of experience at a U.S. News and World Report top 20 academic medical center. She has developed and implemented strategic measures complete with a balanced scorecard with which to measure against. Her initiatives have led to organizational cost-savings and staffing stabilization. She has been included in such publications as Becker's Health Institute and the Journal of Nursing Economics. She is the AAACN Care Coordination and Transition Management Special Interest Group chair and previously served on the Illinois American Nurses' Association Board of Directors.
