Kelli Massaro is a Clinical Educator and Staff RN at Colorado Children’s Hospital. She has worked in triage at Colorado Children’s Hospital call center for 23 years, has held a variety of leadership roles, and has led the QI program for 10 years. She is actively involved with guideline updates every year and works closely with the primary authors of the telephone triage guidelines. Massaro serves as a national resource to other call centers regarding pediatric clinical content and call center nursing. She has spoken nationally on the subject of telephone triage many times and has authored articles on various issues regarding telehealth nursing and health care call centers.
