Dr. Nora Warshawsky is a nurse scientist at Press Ganey, overseeing the development and implementation of the nurse sensitive clinical indicators. She has conducted research to understand the nurse manager and nurse work environment for the past 15 years. Dr. Warshawsky has over 25 years of experience as a practicing RN as well as more than a decade leading graduate nursing academic programs. Her work has appeared in over 50 publications, as well as numerous presentations, before both national and international audiences. She holds numerous awards in recognition of the impact of her research on nursing leadership practice, including the 2022 American Organization for Nursing Leadership Foundation Nurse Researcher of the Year and the Association for Leadership Science in Nursing’s 2021 Suzanne Smith Memorial Scholarly Writing Award.
