Vice President of Operations and Chief Nurse Executive of Ambulatory Care Services, Nationwide Children’s Hospital
Dr. Kimberly Regis is vice president of operations and chief nurse executive of ambulatory care services at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, one of the largest national pediatric institutions. She holds direct administrative and operational responsibility for primary care, clinical therapies, language services, nutrition services, comprehensive feeding program and the complex care division and support ambulatory care and hospital-wide wide initiatives. Dr. Regis has certifications in coaching and diversity, equity, and inclusion and has led emotional intelligence education and staff development for hundreds of front-line staff and leaders. She has a DNP degree from Ohio State University and an MS degree in industrial and organizational psychology from Walden University. She is co-chair of the AAACN DEI task force and serve on the Ohio Organization for Nurse Leaders Legislative Committee and as chapter DEI representative. Her overall goal in these roles is to be a connector and build relationships across groups and disciplines. Her passion is coaching and advocacy.
