Sharon Quinlan is the Vice President of Ambulatory Nursing and Professional Practice for Advocate Aurora Healthcare system. In her role she is responsible for ambulatory nursing practice, supports advanced practice leadership, and has system responsibility for system shared governance, Magnet recognition, nursing research, professional practice, and quality. Sharon is the nursing liaison to Enterprise Population Health and leads system strategies related to continuum of care and care transitions, social determinants of health, patient education and engagement, as well as patient-centered care strategy. Her nursing career spans over 35 years.
