Whether you are “an army of one” or a leader of many, the need to understand the unique dimensions of ambulatory care leadership and quality challenges all of us. In this session, you will go from novice to expert as we explore the work and workflows in ambulatory practice. Using the Institute of Medicine’s six dimensions of care, the Institute for Healthcare Improvement’s triple AIM, and the Joint Commission standards as a matrix framework, this session will provide practical tips and tools for integrating quality measures into everyday practice that will assure safe, efficient, and patient-centered care that meets regulatory requirements and positively impacts revenue and reimbursement.
