Christina Madriz currently serves as a change management leader at Indiana University Health managing change management strategies for the adoption of a new electronic health record system. She previously served as the director of nursing practice at Indiana University Health Medical Group in the Indianapolis region. Chrisina has over 13 years of experience in ambulatory care nursing leadership. She holds a master of science degree in nursing administration and an MBA degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. Christina is the chair for the AAACN Leadership Special Interest Group and is a member of the AAACN Mentor Task Force.
