Andrea Shaffer is the Director of Ambulatory Nursing and Clinic Operations at Moffitt Cancer Center in Florida. She has 27 years of oncology nursing experience, which includes 11 years as an ambulatory care oncology nurse followed by 3 years of dedicated NP practice with focus in thoracic oncology. She has been in administration for the last 5 years and has supported multiple initiatives and novel strategies focused on addressing challenges inherit to the ambulatory care environment, including an ambulatory care oncology nurse residency program.
