Lynn Smith-Cronin has over 20 years of experience working in an ambulatory care setting. Smith-Cronin is the Manager of Kelsey-Seybold Clinic’s After Hours Triage Services in Houston, Texas. In this role, she has been involved with leading nurses toward better interpersonal practices. She is a member of several customer service initiatives, most recently on the Patient Experience Council at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic. Smith-Cronin is also on AAACN’s Telehealth Nursing Practice Education Resource Task Force.
