To change culture in reporting and prevention of workplace violence, systematic reporting and targeted improvement efforts must become standard practice. Development of an Ambulatory Falls Committee

This session discusses the creation of a multidisciplinary falls committee in a large health system to focus on standardization of preventing falls in ambulatory care and home care settings.
