This presentation focuses on the year in review of the AAACN advocacy efforts, introduce the AAACN advocacy platform and how it aligns with the strategic plan of AAACN, review the “We Strive for More in 2024” results as a way to view our progress, and review resources and creative methods to increase individual involvement that will contribute to collective advocacy efforts. We provide specific examples and review resources to assist in advocacy at the individual patient/family, organizational, state, and national levels. Leave reinvigorated, equipped with actionable tools and strategies to advocate for ambulatory care and strengthen the collective voice of the ambulatory nursing profession.
