This session provides a map of safe and high-quality patient care using the many regulatory standards of NCQA, Joint Commission Patient-Centered Medical Home, and CMS. Insight into the forces of magnetism, AAACN standards of practice, and a theoretical framework will enhance the journey along the bumpy landscape of ever-changing health care.
