Description:

Literature identifies that the greatest driver of avoidable admissions and unnecessary care is attributed to the lack of clarity of stakeholders regarding disease progression and personal values about quality of life. This session features a geriatrician as well as a healthcare attorney who will discuss decision making and decisional capacity.
