This presentation describes how one hospital system launched an ambulatory nurse residency program to tailor the residency to the setting of ambulatory care and meet the challenges of matching ambulatory nurse residents to open positions.

This is such a great program with positive feedback from both the outpatient department staff and from the nurse residents. (RN in Moffitt Cancer Center witnessing the program)
