Amy Brewer is ambulatory director of nursing for primary care and pediatrics for UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. Amy has been a registered nurse for 13 years and prior to her current role served as manager of ambulatory nursing operations, special pathogens. During her time in this role, she led employee and patient COVID-19 vaccination efforts and played a vital role in supporting the special pathogens team as UT Southwestern became a designated location for providing COVID-19 therapeutics to the community’s most vulnerable patients.
