The TNPCC is designed to provide a baseline knowledge of concepts for nurses in any practice setting who handle telephone inquiries from patients. If you are new to telehealth nursing, want to strengthen your telehealth education and skills, or need education and training for your colleagues or staff, this course is for you. Topics in this course include: Clinical decision tools, Clinical information, Communication, Customer service, Documentation, Legal issues, Nursing process, Nursing roles, and Technology.
