Patricia Hughes DNP, RN, NE-BC

Dr. Patty Hughes is the chief nursing officer for ambulatory care at UKHC. She has overall clinical responsibility for nursing care provided in the ambulatory care settings. As a clinical leader, she has an interest in staff growth and professional development as well as patient and staff satisfaction. She has over 40 years of nursing experience, 38 of that at UKHC. She has a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and holds the ANCC nurse executive-board certification credential. She has been an active member of AAACN since 2016.
