Ria Ganary is a seasoned health care professional with a diverse background in inpatient/outpatient nursing, healthcare operations, contracting, and program/business development. Her leadership skills span across a broad spectrum of organizations including medical group practice, integrated health systems, academic medical centers, and the United States Navy. A big-picture thinker and excellent problem solver, Ria has demonstrated results in achieving operational improvements, implementing strategy, and cultivating cohesive, high-performing teams. Ria holds a master’s in health administration from the University of Southern California and a bachelor of science in nursing from The College of New Jersey. Ria is certified in ambulatory care nursing and has been a member of AAACN since 2008. She has been an active member of the AAACN Leadership SIG Advisory Board since 2012.
