    At one healthcare facility, a team consisting of clinic managers, providers, billing personnel, electronic health record technicians, and a registered nurse worked to create a pilot Rural Health Clinic "telespecialty" care program for specialty services such as cardiology, neurosurgery, and cardiovascular surgical services utilizing telehealth carts and a nurse as the “telepresenter.” This team shares emerging processes, workflows, and lessons learned from implementation. Barriers and challenges are discussed as well as successes and next steps.
