In these short rapid-fire presentations, multiple speakers highlight approaches to managing issues related to telehealth in the practice environment.

Video Technology to Improve Chronic Disease Patient Outcomes
This session discusses nurse recruitment, leadership engagement, and implementation of a national program to improve blood pressure control. Learn how nurses can successfully engage in chronic disease management using video technology to improve patient outcomes.
