Beth Sparks is the senior director for the Vanderbilt walk-in clinics and the Vanderbilt Walgreens retail health clinics in middle Tennessee. Beth has been a nurse for 20 years and has worked in the ambulatory care space for the last eleven of those years. Beth has a master's degree in nursing management and leadership. She has been the co-chair of the Ambulatory Care Workplace Violence Prevention Committee at Vanderbilt since 2021 and was appointed the co-chair of the AAACN Workplace Safety Task Force in October 2022. She now co-chairs the AAACN Workplace Safety and Workforce Well-Being SIG.
