Deborah Cantlin MSN, RN, CHFN

Deborah Cantlin works at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, Lebanon New Hampshire, in the role of certified heart failure nurse care manager for the Advanced Heart Failure, Pulmonary Hypertension Clinic. She received her BSN and MSN from Excelsior College, Albany, New York. She is an active member of the American Association of Heart Failure Nurses and has served on their Patient Education Committee for the past three years. She is an active member of the American Academy of Ambulatory Care Nurses and currently serves in the role of co-chair of their NSI team. She was chair of the ambulatory nursing shared governance council at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center 2015-2019. She has worked in various ambulatory care nursing roles over the past 32 years.
