Diane Woods is the associate vice president and chief nursing officer for ambulatory care at UT Southwestern in Dallas, Texas. She is a member of the ANA, Association of California Nurse Leaders (ACNL), AONL, and AAACN. Her tenure with AAACN includes serving on two national task forces for telehealth nursing, as the 2023-24 chair-elect for the Leadership SIG and as a member of the Legislative SIG.
