One of the skills most needed today is courageous leadership. So many of our actions and decisions require strong responses and sometimes unpopular choices. We need leaders who will step up to these challenges and not back down when things get tough; but this is hard and we've not had much training or education on courage as a leadership skill. This session explores what is meant by courage as a leadership skill and why it is so important in today's rapidly changing world. This session also provides several suggestions on how to become a more courageous leader.
