Laurel More is a board-certified nursing professional development specialist and is the clinical education specialist for the ambulatory care division at Children’s Hospital Colorado. Laurel has worked in both acute and ambulatory care settings and has had the opportunity to function in leadership roles in both settings. Laurel took the lead in collaborating with a university partner in developing and implementing clinical rotations for pre-licensure basic pediatric students and capstone student placements in ambulatory primary and specialty care settings. Laurel is an active member of AAACN, where she was a member of the AAACN nurse residency task force and is now co-chair for the AAACN academic and practice partnership task force.
